All purchases come packed in a gift box or jewelry bag with an anti-tarnish strip. and polishing pad. We enclose a jewelry care card so your jewelry, with proper care, with last a lifetime.
Our designs are made to order and in general, takes 2 -3 weeks. Please allow this time to deliver the very best to you. You will receive notification when your order ships.
Custom and special orders will take longer. Please allow 5-6 weeks for custom/special orders.

International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.
Each country has its own import/export duties and restrictions. All duties, customs, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of you "the buyer" - Please check with your countries importation laws for specific prohibitions, customs fees, excise taxes or VAT fees.
We comply with all Import/Export laws, we will not claim a different value on the customs form(s) other than the actual value of your purchase.
If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, check with your local customs and/or post office, your package is considered proprietary information and law prohibits us to call your customs office - However we are happy to assist you should you need help.
Delivery will take longer depending on your country's customs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Returns will not be accepted if the package is returned due to unpaid import fees.

Insurance is included on all shipments to protect your purchase. If the order arrives damaged in shipping please contact me at once as well as the shipper. Save all packaging for insurance claims.
RETURNSI hope you will love your new Candace Stribling Jewelry purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 7 days of receipt for a refund minus shipping and handling. All sales are final after 7 days.
To begin the return process, please contact me before returning the unworn item(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org. Merchandise returned without prior approval will be returned to the sender. The item(s) should be returned in original, unworn condition (no scratches or blemishes and no broken, missing or exchanged stones) in the original packaging. The shipping cost to return item is incurred by the customer. Customers should include delivery confirmation and insure the returned item for full value. This ensures that you'll be reimbursed if the item is lost or damaged when shipped. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage incurred due to normal wear and tear or product abuse. We will provide you with the address to return your purchase upon approval for the return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose not to use a trackable shipping service.
If you include your e-mail address we will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com before returning an item for exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Any jewelry purchased from Candace Stribling Jewelry that needs repair within one month (30 days) of purchase will be fixed at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged through misuse or abuse. If any stones need to be replaced, due to misuse, there will be a charge for replacing the missing materials. A quote to replace missing items will be sent and accepted before work can begin. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance.
For repairs after three months, there will be a charge based on the number of strands, complexity and time involved. Please request price in advance.
